We do not offer refunds for digital products after download, activation, or access has been provided, except where required by law or when a verified technical issue prevents the software from functioning as described and our support team is unable to resolve it.

All Lodestra software is currently built for Windows 10 or higher only. Purchases made for unsupported systems, including macOS, iOS, Android, Chromebook, Linux, or older versions of Windows, are not eligible for refund.
